Flight Planning

In accordance with the periods for flights proposed in writing in November 1986, we propose that the following joint operation be conducted during the period July 20-24, 1987.

The helicopter must be supplied with a work table for conduct of the operation.

The operational group will meet at 10 a.m. on the designated days at the Oranienburg main gate checkpoint.

The following vehicles will be used during the operation:

- UAZ ID 21-05
- UAZ ID 05-80

The following flights are envisioned:

Day 1 (Monday 20.7.1987)

a) Flight around West Berlin
altitude: 100 to 400 meters
speed: 80 to 100 kilometers per hour

b) Measurement banking turns in the Berlin-Pankow area

Day 2 (Tuesday 21.7.1987)

a) Flight around West Berlin
altitude: 100 to 400 meters
speed: 80 to 100 kilometers per hour

b) Measurement banking turns in the Berlin-Mitte area

Day 3 (Wednesday 22.8.1987) - typing error here: should be 22.7.87!
