Impressionnant spectacle que ce champ d'étoiles rouges tombées du ciel comprenant des dérives et des ailes de MiG-23/-27 qui se sont écrasés ainsi que des ailes de Yak-27/-28 à droite. On peut distinguer en arrière-plan les hangars et la tour construits en 1939-40. Les deux bâtiments à gauche qui abritaient des bancs d'essais moteur furent érigés après-guerre.
