Le Su-24MR n°09 survole Welzow avec les ailes en position de flèche intermédiaire. Il emportait sous le ventre un conteneur Chpil'-2M dont la trappe des capteurs laser était ouverte. D'autre part, on notera un petit rectangle noir sous l'entrée d'air du réacteur droit, un peu en retrait : il s'agissait du système de reconnaissance IR Zima dont la trappe était également ouverte.
