Fort logiquement, les trois MiG-25RU "Foxbat-C" qui équipèrent initialement le 931.OGRAP furent observés dès le début. Deux autres exemplaires rejoignirent l'unité au milieu des années quatre-vingts lorsqu'un escadron de MiG-25BM fut incorporé au régiment.
