Lorsque ce Su-17UM3 du 20.GvAPIB a été photographié en 1993, l'insigne du 3.AE qui ornait sa queue avait été couvert de peinture. On remarquera les traces de fumée près de l'unique canon NR-30 qui équipait la version biplace du "Fitter."

The 3.AE squadron badge on the tail had been painted over when this picture was taken in 1993. Note the smoke traces near the single NR-30 cannon with which the two-seater version of the "Fitter" was equipped.
