Modified Il-18V RA-75423 at Sperenberg. It was an environmental monitoring aircraft 
equipped with a SLAR under the nose. The rear ventral fairing had dielectric panels 
underneath.
Other smaller squared fairings had optically flat windows for optical sensors
or spectrometers. It was converted back to an airliner-cargo configuration some years 
later.
