C-130B-II 58-0711 RIVET VICTOR I was assigned to the 7406.SS at Rhein-Main where it was photographed in 1972.
From October 1971 to June 1972, TALL TOM modification then returned to Rhein-Main for aircrew transition training into
the C-130B version. During this time, the back-end equipment was installed but not operational (RIVET TABLE).
