The dielectric panel at the tip of the nose was housing the receiving antenna of the SPS-141M/142 ECM suite.<br />
A <em>Klen-PM</em> (maple) laser range-finder and target illuminator was located behind the window under the nose.<br />
The pitot tube was on the right side of the nose. The probe on the left side was carrying <em>Pion-NM</em> aerials
of the radio-navigation system.
