Although RBS and RBSh models were similar externally, it was theoretically possible to identify a RBSh version thanks to some antennas of the SPO-15 Bereza RHAWR complex that were situated on the side of the reactors air intakes. That ECM equipment was part of the upgrade package for the MiG-25RBS when their Sablya ELINT suite was replaced by the Shompol suite.
